When Will I Receive My Order?

Each and every order is custom-printed and requires 7 - 10 business days to finish. Our production team operates on standard business days of Monday through Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 10 business days or less. Shipping time of 3-4 business days is added on top of this. 

How Do I Return An Item?

Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, we cannot offer size exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is defective or you received the wrong item, please email us at jazzunfiltered@gmail.com with your order number and billing address.

How Do I Make Changes To My Order To An Order I've Already Placed?

All sales are finals. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

How Do I Know The Best Size To Order?

Our tees run big compared to the standard sizing, we recommend sizing down for a tighter fit. Inclusive Sizing Chart coming soon!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, you may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

My order was returned, can it be reshipped?

Once orders are returned to our warehouse, all orders require a reshipment fee. Please email us jazzunfiltered@gmail.com and we are happy to assist in the reshipment process! After 15 business days, returned items will be marked as unclaimed.
